Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, programs, memberships, portals, courses, digital products, and resources provided by Synergy Safety Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing, booking, subscribing to, or accessing any of our services or digital offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all offers provided by Synergy Safety Solutions, including but not limited to:
Consulting services, audits, training, workshops, and advisory services
Digital products and online courses
Access to the Synergy Portal (for course and digital product delivery)
Membership programs, including the Construction Safety Hub
Associated client portals, community spaces, and communications
Once referenced, these may be referred to collectively as “our services”, “our programs”, “our portals”, or “our digital content”.
2. Educational Nature of Content
All content, resources, sessions, and materials provided by Synergy Safety Solutions are educational and advisory in nature.
They:
Do not constitute legal advice
Do not replace independent professional or legal advice
Are based primarily on Australian WHS legislation and practices, which may not apply in other jurisdictions
Clients and members remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and site-specific requirements.
3. Accounts, Access & Use
Access to our portals, memberships, courses, and digital content is provided to the individual purchaser or approved user only.
Login details must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, unauthorised sharing, or breach of these Terms is identified.
4. Portal Access
4.1 Synergy Portal (Courses & Digital Products)
Customers who purchase a digital course or product may be granted access to the Synergy Portal at no additional cost.
Portal access is non-transferable
All content remains the intellectual property of Synergy Safety Solutions
Content is provided for educational use only
We may update, modify, or remove content to ensure accuracy and relevance
4.2 Construction Safety Hub (Membership Program & Portal)
Access to the Construction Safety Hub is available only to active members with a current subscription.
Membership access is non-transferable
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period following cancellation
Membership content is ongoing and may change over time
Community participation must remain respectful and professional
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access where these Terms or community guidelines are breached.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.
We may update pricing or offerings from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing subscriptions without prior notice.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 Products, Courses & Memberships
(including the Construction Safety Hub)
A 100% refund may be requested within 3 days of a successful purchase or subscription.
Refund requests made after the initial 3-day period may be approved at our discretion and may incur a 10% administration and processing fee.
Refunds are not available once digital content has been substantially accessed, downloaded, or consumed, unless otherwise required by law.
Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply once cancellation is confirmed.
6.2 Services & Bookings
(Consulting, Audits, Trainings, Workshops)
Services may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
Any non-recoverable costs (including travel, accommodation, or preparation work) may be charged where applicable.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, safety concerns, weather, or site access issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, templates, recordings, and resources provided by Synergy Safety Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell our content
Share access to paid materials
Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
8. Changes to Services & Content
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service, program, portal, or content to maintain accuracy, relevance, or operational requirements.
8.1 Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will take effect from the effective date shown at the top of this page.
By continuing to access or use our services, programs, memberships, portals, courses, or digital content after the effective date, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the relevant service
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
